Dream Teams:
I train groups of 6-8 team members to help each other fulfill their dreams. These are individuals who may or may not know each other, and the dreams (or goals) may be personal or professional. I typically lead the group for 8 weeks, with the goal that the group will self-sustain afterward. Based largely on Barbara Sher's Wishcraft and Teamworks! books, and incorporating Mastermind techniques, these groups are a unique blend to help the teams succeed with their dreams. Individual Coaching Sessions:
For those who prefer to go about attaining their dreams/goals in an individualized setting, I also offer creative coaching services and/or personal goal setting in a one-on-one environment.
